Our customer search interfaces have been designed with advanced filtering options. Customers even have the capability to search for orders by exception type, such as orders that were undeliverable or orders with short or or damaged pieces.
Customers have easy access to ETAs, current status and package history.
You can print your reports directly from our website. Reports are available as a .pdf or they can be downloaded as a .csv.
Various reports are available for customers to run manually from our UDS online interface. Additionally, system-generated reports can be emailed on a daily / weekly schedule.
